This service is offered free of charge to any customers that are using our ServerCare or Health Check services. The best way to reduce the risks and total cost of ownership of IT facilities is to regularly review how well the facilities meet existing and planned future business needs – then plan any changes to the IT infrastructure in the manner that is both cost effective and manages the on-going risks associated with high cost investments in ever-changing technology.

XACTA is able to help the customer do such planning by building up a familiarity with the customer’s business and their use of technology. A representative of our senior staff would take responsibility for agreeing regular planning reviews with the customer and suggest that this form part of perhaps a quarterly business planning activity.
